01 Create To A Local GP
Download Carefirst app, and create an account. Under Video Consultation, you can choose to See Next Available GP Now, or Search for GP to schedule an appointment at a later time.
02 Consult A Doctor Over Call
Suitable common conditions include cough, cold, flu, fever, diarrhoea, and skin rashes. Access your medical history, records, and medical documents directly in-app. If the doctor deems your condition unsuitable for video-consult, you will be advised to go to the clinic or hospital.
03 Follow Up
After couple of days the
Care Team follows up to check
with you on your condition.
